When I took this photo recently, I couldn’t believe how the turtle got into this balancing position and how he stayed there, so balanced in every way. I also, wondered if he was stuck there, but my husband assured me that he could slide right back into the water when ever he wanted to. He said that the turtle was sunning himself..
I thought about our lives and how we try to balance this and that. Sometimes, I wish I could balance half as good as this turtle, although it doesn’t look very easy or relaxing to me. Funny how nature makes us think of this and that….
I’ve seen turtles sun themselves on all sorts of things but never on a pinecone! Terrific Capture. Balancing act indeed. Don’t talk to my wife about it…she’s had vertigo for a month now.
Ha ha, I’ve never seen anything like this either….Sorry about your wife’s vertigo…I do not think this would appeal to her…I cant’ believe the turtle could enjoy the experience either….strange indeed…but interesting.
