Then, use this or your favorite pecan recipe:
1 pie crust unbaked
3 large eggs
1 cup of dark corn syrup, I actually use light
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups pecan halves
Make the pie crust
Wisk eggs and next five ingredients until thoroughly blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in 350 oven 40 minutes until set….cool on a wire rack until cooled…Serve with whip cream…yum…..
